I frequently hear that it is too hot out to smoke a cigar when relegated to the outdoors in summer. I generally like the heat, but today was uncomfortable with temps just under 100 and 70-80% humidity. josh lucky 13, I know you deal with this regularly.
My solution, the red neck Deck A/C.

Dropped the temp by 10-15 degrees!

Great Idea.

I did something similar about 4 years ago with one of those cheap misting systems you attach to a roof line and attached it to the front of a box fan. Worked awesome.

I bought a cooler, cut a hole to mount a small fan and another hole for a plastic fitting and dryer vent hose in the lid. Fill it up with ice, plug in the fan and direct the vent towards you. Will have to remember to get a picture of it next time I set it up..
Though, lately with the heat I've just been smoking at night and driving the wife's car with AC on.
