We will be going to Puerto Rico in March, and one of my Christmas gifts was cigar money. I’m looking for store rolled cigars and/or a place for Cubans.
Looking on the internet Don Collins comes up as the oldest shop in the Caribbean, and gets good reviews. Others were hard to tell if they were merely a lounge or just a shop selling other’s cigars. The only other’s cigars I’d want would be Cubans.
Any recommendations on shops for a good medium cigar? Legit places for Cubans?

As I tell people all the time Cubans are faked more than Rolex watches. I will state I have had bad fake Cubans and good fake Cubans. Worst was the first one I bought in duty free port in the Caribbean. There are only a handful of vendors I would trust and currently only use 1. La casa del Habano is what I have been told is the only legit vendors and I did not see any on Google maps. That does not mean you can't find good cigars but it does mean if you find a really nice glass top box or great deal on Behike your getting played.

For sure. They’ve tried to peddle those fakes in a glass case in Cozumel. They were so bad you could see a couple were unraveling. It’s why I’ve only gone to Havana Bob’s there.
Karmen reads/speaks Spanish fairly well and I’ll have her go over the Cuban site that shows who’s a registered Cuban dealer.

Didn’t realize Puerto Rico was no different then here in regards to Cuban cigars. Thought things might be different. But I wasn’t really after Cubans, though I’d take them. I’m just after a store rolled smoke. Any suggestions other than the Collins store? As it stands I’d just go there.
