Regardless of what you celebrate, I hope you have a holiday season full of family, love and maybe cigars. Be safe if you are traveling for the holidays and on to 2020! Yes, Happy Holidays!

Luckily my head cold is winding down just in time to enjoy a cigar next week. I'm stuck here in Wichita because of craziness with my job, but my mother is coming out to keep us company. It's actually supposed to be somewhat warm on Christmas, and I think I'll finally dive into the Sin Compromiso that AlanS sent me for my fantasy winnings last year. I've been saving it for the right time and Christmas afternoon sounds just fine to me. Cheers, Bums!

As I read the daily news, it saddens me to read about all the people in the world who are displaced or minimized only because of
their race or religion. Many flee to other countries only to find their not welcome or are sent back fearing torture or death. families
are separated and have no idea if they'll see their loved ones again.

It only makes me feel so very lucky to have friends and family I can talk to and visit over the holiday season. If ever the world
needed a holiday present of understanding and acceptance of fellow humans it would be now.

"Peace on earth" is sadly absent

Merry Christmas and happy what ever you want to celebrate or not. As I try to teach a 3 yr old that no grinch can steal Christmas because it is more than presents and lights. It about being around the ones you love and to celebrate the birth of Jesus.
