I got inspired by this article to make this thread:
https://www.urbandaddy.com/articles/43114/what-a-1000-cigar-book-looks-like
Mine is probably the ninja cutter, but at $20 it pails in comparison to a $1,000 book. What's yours?

My tax man reads this Forum so I'm not at liberty to discuss some things that I have written off my taxes.:lurk:

Muestra de Saka Unicorn because I wanted the coffin. There is a good chance I will never smoke the cigar because then the band will just be loose in the Coffin.

Just grab a Ron Mexico and swap bands :D
Ron will be happy to hold your Saka band and hang out in that coffin. Probably the best use for one I can think of.
And if someone swipes it, the joke's on them.

Seems like a waste of a Ron Mexico. They are tasty for the price. Maybe I could put it on a #9 those are over hyped.

That would be a horrible thing to do to someone. I can't imagine someone doing a swap like that with an Opus and using that as bait to get someone to take part in a rigged drinking contest. Good thing Collin doesn't get on the forum any more.

While they were never much money, I guess I'd say the dumbest thing (ie not as functional as I would have thought) would have been a few wood humidors I purchased earlier on in my career. They look beautiful but as y'all know they don't keep a seal well. As I've migrated to wineadors (or a couple rogue Tupperware containers to house some overflow) I've given away all of the wood ones I had purchased previously.

Mine is probably spending money on more cigars than I will likely smoke in my lifetime. Fortunately I have a son that fondly refers to them as HIS cigars, so they won't be wasted.
Disclaimer: this year I have gone through a barrage of medical tests and all came back good. And I am in the early process of quitting cigarettes after 53 years of smoking them. So, maybe if I pick up my cigar smoking I may have fewer leftover than I think.

Kauai Cigar Company Island Prince. Made from tobacco grown in Hawaii - should be worth a try, right?
Drew like a soda straw and had just about as much flavor. Very disappointing. Maybe if they had put more tobacco in it ...

That was just an empty blunt tube. You were supposed to fill it with your own 'tobacco'. :drunk:

This is something that people really do? I am shocked and appalled that someone would stoop to that level and I just don't even know who has extra Ron's around and for that matter left over opus bands.

Ok, not exactly - cant say they were Ron Mexicos, but you get the point.
