I ordered some cigars from CI. I feel I should have known better but felt ordering early on the 4th would have been plenty of time to reach me before we left for our camping trip to Colorado. And by their initial shipping estimation it would have been, however a delay has set it back, and with them typically dropping off for the post office to deliver they will be sitting there with our mail on hold for nearly an additional 2 weeks. As I’m sure most of you know they seem to enclose them in ziplock bags, but will I find them in good shape after 2 1/2 weeks or so? Has me a bit concerned...

They'll be fine, It's so humid out right now that everything is a humidifier lol. It takes more than 2 weeks to ruin a cigar, and to be honest you would have needed to acclimate them for a couple of months anyways given they are from ci.

Any orders I’ve placed online usually take that long (2-3 weeks) to get across the border/through customs etc. to get to me. Never had any issue with them. I just make sure to give them a good rest in the wineador before lighting Just for good measure.

I once had an overseas order arrive about 2 months after they shipped...they were still in perfect condition and smoked fine after sitting in the wineador for the normal few months I like to give anything I order.

Knowing what I know from living in TX and OK, they're sweating like a fat boy at a free dance. Humidity shouldn't be a problem....
